CROATIA SEA VILLAS is an advertiser of luxury villas dedicated to finding ideal accommodation for our guests. We are a professional team with many years of experience in tourism in Croatia. Our holiday properties are selected according to the highest quality standards. We provide guests with accurate information about the locations and details of the advertised properties. All properties are verified, contracted with CROATIA SEA VILLAS, and hold permits issued by state authorities. Our team is always available to assist our clients. Our goal is to ensure that our guests enjoy a completely relaxing and luxurious experience during their holiday in Croatia.

Prices and payment

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank transfer

For bookings made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, the following terms apply:

An advance payment of 30% (unless otherwise stated) of the total contracted accommodation price must be paid immediately if payment by bank transfer is selected. After payment, the booking is confirmed, the contract with the owner is concluded, and you accept the General Terms and Conditions. The booking is considered concluded at the moment the villa owner receives the advance payment.

The remaining 70% (unless otherwise stated) of the total contracted accommodation price must be paid upon arrival (if cash payment is selected in villas where this is stated, the remaining 70% is paid immediately upon arrival directly to the owner). Electronic payment in the villa (credit card / PayPal) is not available. Upon agreement with the owner, the guest may transfer the remaining amount by bank transfer.

Any differences from the original price stated in our proposals or on our website are excluded. If payment by bank transfer is selected, charges are made in EUR and exchange rate differences do not apply. Guests are responsible for all bank fees that may be charged during the money transfer.

The costs of water, gas, electricity, and internet, as well as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, final interior cleaning (unless otherwise stated), pool and garden maintenance, check-in registration, tourist tax (unless otherwise stated), and value added tax are included in the accommodation rental price.

The guest is required to make payment within the deadlines and in the manner described in this article of the General Terms and Conditions. If the guest fails to comply with payment deadlines, such conduct is considered a serious breach of contractual obligations, and the Rental Agreement is terminated without notice and without the obligation of Croatia Sea Villas to inform the guest.

CROATIA SEA VILLAS acts exclusively as an intermediary and is responsible only in that capacity.

By paying for the reservation of the selected villa for the requested period, you unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions. CROATIA SEA VILLAS reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions, which will be published on the official website and enter into force on the date of publication. We may amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice if such changes do not directly affect your rights and obligations. If changes directly affect your rights and obligations, we will notify you by email as soon as they are published.

After the booking is completed and payment is received, CROATIA SEA VILLAS will send you a written booking confirmation by email (hereinafter: CONFIRMATION). The confirmation together with these General Terms and Conditions constitutes the rental agreement between the guest and the owner. It is important that you check the confirmation immediately after receiving it. You must contact us immediately if any information appears incorrect, as changes may not be possible later.

Booking change and cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking in full or in part, you may do so by sending a written request by email. The cancellation takes effect on the date CROATIA SEA VILLAS receives such notice, only under the conditions stated in this article. In the event of cancellation, all payments received up to the cancellation date are retained, and the guest is not entitled to a refund.

If the guest can find another guest as a replacement for the same rental period, the same price, and under the same terms, CROATIA SEA VILLAS will transfer the Rental Agreement to the new guest immediately after receiving written confirmation of all required details about the new guest and will send written confirmation of this transfer. CROATIA SEA VILLAS will retain the payment already received for the villa rental after the contract transfer, and the new guest must pay the remaining amount of the total accommodation price according to the previously selected payment method that forms an integral part of the agreement. If you are prevented from traveling, you have the right to transfer the booking to another person and/or another date if approved by the owner. However, you must notify us more than 40 days before arrival. If you wish to make other changes to your booking after it has already been confirmed, you must notify us as soon as possible.

Arrival and departure

The confirmation will state arrival and departure times, which are fixed and must be respected by the guest.

If the guest arrives earlier than agreed in the confirmation, entry to the villa will not be possible unless otherwise agreed before arrival (additional costs may apply). Check-out must always be no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure, and the guest is required to return the keys to the owner. If departure is later than specified in the voucher, the guest must pay the owner all additional costs charged directly on site.

House rules

All guests are required to comply with the house rules. Each villa has its own house rules displayed in a visible place in the villa and available to the guest. If the guest does not comply with the house rules, this may be considered a serious breach toward the villa owner, and in that case the owner and/or CROATIA SEA VILLAS has the right to terminate the Rental Agreement with immediate effect and without notice. The guest is required to permanently leave the villa with all other guests within 2 (two) hours, and they are not entitled to request a refund of the paid accommodation price from either the owner or CROATIA SEA VILLAS.

The number of persons accommodated in the villa may not exceed the number stated in the voucher. Children are also included in this number regardless of age. Children up to one year of age are excluded if their arrival has been announced. During the rental period, the guest is required to announce in advance all visitors who will visit the villa. If more people than the permitted maximum number of guests are found in the villa or on the surrounding property without the owner permission, the owner and/or CROATIA SEA VILLAS reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately without notice. The guest is required to permanently leave the villa together with all other guests within 2 (two) hours and has no right to request a refund of the paid accommodation price from either the owner or CROATIA SEA VILLAS.

Guests are not allowed to organize parties in the villa and/or on the surrounding property. If guests disturb public order and peace and receive a noise complaint and then fail to calm down, this may be considered a serious breach. In such a case, the owner and/or CROATIA SEA VILLAS is authorized to terminate the booking immediately, and the guest is required to permanently leave the property with all other guests within 2 (two) hours. The guest has no right to request a refund of the paid accommodation price from either the owner or CROATIA SEA VILLAS.

If guests are under 25 years of age, they are required to inform us immediately at the time of booking about the exact number of guests and their age. CROATIA SEA VILLAS and the owner reserve the right to refuse groups of guests under 25 years of age if CROATIA SEA VILLAS has not been informed of their arrival. In this case, guests are not entitled to request a refund of the paid accommodation price from either the owner or Croatia Sea Villas.

Complaint handling / submission of complaints

When a guest makes a booking, it is made directly with the service provider. Croatia Sea Villas is not a contracting party to the Booking, but acts solely as an intermediary.

Croatia Sea Villas is the owner of the internet platform and manages it.

Information about the accommodation facility (for example: amenities, house rules, prices, availability, and cancellation policies) is based on what is provided by the service provider, and the agency assumes no responsibility in the event of inaccurate information. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

The guest accepts the fact that Croatia Sea Villas is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, technical faults in the accommodation, or any issue that could reduce guest satisfaction with the quality of accommodation. The guest accepts that all unforeseen circumstances of which the agency was not aware at the time of booking confirmation are resolved directly with the service provider. This includes matters of a financial nature, such as requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction with accommodation quality during the guest stay.

If the provided services are not satisfactory, the guest is required to immediately notify Croatia Sea Villas about the inadequate service and, on the day of arrival at the location, file a complaint with the service provider and submit notice. The guest is required to cooperate in good faith with the CSV representative as well as with the service provider in order to resolve the cause of the complaint. If, upon arrival, the guest is not satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and leaves the accommodation on their own initiative and finds alternative accommodation without giving CSV an opportunity to resolve the issue, correct the cause of dissatisfaction, or find other accommodation for the guest, the guest has no right to request a refund or claim damages, regardless of whether their reasons were justified.

If the guest accepts the proposed solution that corresponds to the service provided on site, CSV will not consider any further complaints nor respond to them.
